Axiom launched its Teams Connector Partner Program at the Microsoft Partner Exchange 2019 held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, on 26 Sept 2019. This program allows Microsoft Partners to leverage on Axiom’s Teams Connector Service to offer PSTN Calling for Microsoft Teams to their customers.

On 10 October 2018, Axiom IT Solutions launched its Teams Connector service that connects Microsoft Teams to the local Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) at Cloud Expo 2018, Marina Bay Sands Singapore. With Teams Connector and Microsoft Phone System, Microsoft Teams users can make, receive and transfer calls to and from landlines and mobile phones on the PSTN.

This cloud solution offers every user a dedicated DDI number, which means that you can call and be reachable from anywhere in the world. Everything is in the cloud; there is nothing to be installed at customer’s premise. It simplifies implementation complexity and quick to deploy.

This solution complements Microsoft Office 365 where the PSTN Calling feature is not available in Singapore. Now, Microsoft Office 365 customers can maximise the benefits of using Office 365 suite of applications and Microsoft Teams.

This subscription-based cloud service requires no CAPEX from customers, and it is maintenance free. It is easy to deploy; enabling customers to save costs, be BCP ready and scalable based on business needs.

On 17 & 18 January 2018, Axiom IT Solutions demonstrated Axiom Carrier Class IoT Solutions and Microsoft Phone System at Microsoft Tech Summit @ Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
